Who's the Happiest of them all...

On the beautiful nation of Australia lies a diverse ecosystem of marsupials, reptiles, arachnids, birds, you name it! From crocodiles and enormous arachnids that strike fear into the hearts of many, to some famous cute-animal rockstars like the kangaroo, and the koala who bring joy and smiles, Australia is a goldmine for biodiversity. However, lying deep in the Australian savannah is the most Instagramable of them all, the Quokka! Since these furry marsupials have no natural predators and have a natural smiling expression, they have been affectionately named the "world's happiest animal!" Tourists have also taken many photos and selfies with these creatures because they don't tend to run away when approached. However, as wild and environmentally compromised animals, observe them from a safe and non-intrusive distance.
